Program Details
Program Highlights
Supervisors in the Ag industry are required to complete two hours of sexual harassment prevention training on an annual basis. In this class, you will earn your two hours, and receive the tools and resources to train your workers.
As a supervisor, you are also required to train workers on health and safety requirements. This training will cover core safety topics, resources to deliver training for your workers, and tools for record keeping and documentation.
- Comply with the Labor Code on Sexual Harassment Training
- Comply with CAL OSHA on worker safety and heat illness prevention
- Comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) on worker safety training
Who Should Attend
- Farm supervisors, crew leaders, foreman, mayordomo, or anyone who manages, directs or controls workers in agriculture

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to five (5) working days before the course start date are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are responsible for payment.
