Accessibility Training - Morning Session

OVERVIEW
The District office is offering a training opportunity for all district employees on Making Documents Accessible.
The training session will be presented by the High Tech Center Training Unit (HTCTU) of the California Community Colleges on the issues of creating and providing alternative formats in documents.
You should attend if you:
- Create documents on campus
- Need access to the new website
- Create documents that other staff members use
- Want to learn a few tricks and tips that make document modification easier
- Create documents that need to be posted on the web or shared with students
WEBSITE REQUIREMENT
If you need to have access to the new websites (i.e. make edits and updates), you must have accessibility training. These sessions meet the accessibility training requirement.
TRAINING DATE
The Accessibility training will take place at the Clovis Community College Herndon Campus on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

Morning lecture, 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in room HC-106.
