Post-Migration Jabber Instructions

1. If you are already logged in to Jabber, log out of the Jabber client by clicking the gear in the upper right corner of the application and then sign out.

2. Reset Jabber.

3. Enter your username with domain suffix and click continue.

4. Enter your username with domain suffix and password.

5. Proceed with authorizing MFA.

6. After Jabber opens, click the gear in the top right corner and then settings.

7. Click calls and check "never start calls with videos."

8. Click audio to verify the ringer, speaker, and microphone are set to the correct device(s).

9. If you want Jabber to start when the computer starts check the following in general.

10. Click apply and ok to save your changes.
