Regular Board Meeting

Public Comments

Please provide advanced notice: members of the public who would like to offer public comment are encouraged to send an email to bot570@scccd.edu no later than 2:30pm. on November 12, 2024. The email should state your name and your comment topic. When public comment is opened, priority will be given to those persons who provided advanced notice of their intent to offer public comment and your name will be called during the meeting. If you are unable to send an email, you may call (559) 243-7103 before 2:30pm. on November 12, 2024, to reserve your slot for public comment.

  • Option 1: You may offer live public comment in person by attending the Board meeting at District Office Board Room (1171 Fulton St, Fresno, CA 93721)
  • Option 2: You may offer live public comment through your connected device if it is equipped with a microphone by connecting to the Zoom meeting.
  • Option 3: You may offer live public comment through your phone by calling one of the Zoom numbers listed above under "Connecting to the Board Meeting" and enter the meeting identification number: 950 5526 1794.

Members of the public who offer public comment must provide a name so that their comments may be associated with the name given. Members of the public are cautioned not to provide misleading names that would cause others to wrongly attribute their comments to specific persons (i.e., please do not pretend to be someone else so that your comments are attributed to that person).
