Men of Color Summit
Date: Friday, March 21, 2025 | 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. | Fresno City College Campus
State Center Community College District—including Madera Community College, Fresno City College, Reedley College and Clovis Community College—proudly host the 4th annual Men of Color Summit on March 21, 2025 from 9am-2pm at Fresno City College. The goal of the Men of Color Summit is to address the decline in higher education enrollment and to show young men of color that they belong in college and can thrive in impactful careers that require a college education.
Through engaging workshops on financial aid, community connections, navigating higher education, and more, the Men of Color Summit provides valuable tools for success. What makes this event truly special is the leadership and mentorship from other men of color who share their experiences and inspire students to see themselves in higher education and beyond. Join us as we empower young men of color to overcome challenges, pursue their dreams, and achieve their full potential!
Target Audience: The Men of Color Summit is specifically designed for current college students and high school juniors and seniors who are preparing to take the next step toward college and their future careers.
