Payment Due Dates

Spring 2025 fees are due:

• Prior to the start of the term

Fall 2024 fees are due: 

• Same day you register if you register 7/12/2024 or later

* Fees must be paid by 5:00 p.m. on the business day noted or you may be dropped. The college assumes no responsibility for delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service. Postmarks will not be honored.

The Business Office will not drop students for non-payment of fees once the class begins. Students are responsible for dropping their own classes.

Notes regarding Financial Aid:

• Financial Aid is available for eligible students. See the Financial Aid Office for information.

Payments can be made in the following convenient ways:

• On-Line: Go to Self Service (formerly WebAdvisor), Financial Information, Student Finance, Make a Payment 
• In Person: Go to the Business Office at Fresno City College; Reedley College; or the Registration Counter at Clovis Community College, Madera Community College, or the Oakhurst campus during normal business hours (hours vary by location).
• By Mail: When mailing fees, make sure your student ID is listed on the check. Payment should be mailed to (postmarks will not be honored):
