Workers' Compensation
Employee health is very important to SCCCD. The District is committed to providing a safe environment for all employees. The District has implemented an Injury and Illness Prevention Program. Should an employee sustain an industrial accident and/or illness, they may be eligible for workers' compensation benefits as defined by the State of California. Industrial accidents and illnesses are accidents or illness that have arisen out of and in the course and scope of the employee's assigned duties for the District.
